Usage
The MXBON Light Cure Adhesive Series provides fast-curing solutions with excellent bonding strength for industrial assembly applications, including bonding, fixing, sealing, potting, and encapsulating of metal and plastic components. Its light-curing mechanism allows precise alignment and positioning during assembly. MXBON Light Cure Adhesives can be integrated with automated dispensing systems to enhance productivity. Formulated to protect plastics, they also deliver excellent impact resistance and long-term weather durability.

- High viscosity with thixotropic properties for precise dispensing and minimal flow
- UV rapid curing with visible fluorescence for inspection
- Compatible with many substrates; excellent for sealing narrow gaps in PC, PBT, and PA housings
- Flexible and impact-resistant; provides excellent sealing and some water resistance

- Flexible bonding for stress-sensitive plastics
- Low viscosity for small-tolerance component bonding
- Ideal for bonding metal to soft/hard PVC (e.g., disposable medical devices)
