QC/QA Executive

for a motivated and detail-oriented QC/QA Executive to join our team and ensure the highest
quality standards in our products and processes.

Job Description

As a QC/QA Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all adhesive products meet the
highest quality standards, adhering to both internal and external regulatory requirements. You
will work closely with the production, R&D, and other relevant departments to monitor and
improve the quality of the repackaged adhesives.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Assurance

• Perform regular testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Ensure the quality, quantity, and conformity of products received and dispatched.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and protocols.
• Conduct batch-wise inspection and maintain records of all test results.
  

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all QC/QA activities, including test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on product quality, deviations, and trends to assist in decisionmaking.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and facilitating inspections.

Root Cause Analysis

• Investigate product defects and non-conformities, identify root causes, and work on corrective and preventive actions.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with production, R&D, and customer service teams to address quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.

Customer Feedback

• Evaluate customer feedback related to product quality and work towards improving product consistency and performance.

Training & Development

• Provide guidance and training to production teams on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices in handling materials.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in quality control/assurance in a chemical or adhesive manufacturing or any.
• Strong understanding of chemical properties and testing methodologies for adhesives.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 & ISO 14001or other relevant certifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
