Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage the complete store
operations, including stock handling, inventory control, and store maintenance. The ideal
candidate will efficiently manage product movement, maintain accurate records, coordinate with
suppliers, and ensure that all warehouse procedures comply with company and safety standards.
The candidate should be proactive, customer-service oriented, and capable of multitasking in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials/products as per company standards.
- Ensure the quality, quantity, and conformity of products received and dispatched.
- Manage daily stock movement, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and full inventory checks.
- Monitor stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), verify product availability, and coordinate procurements from suppliers.
- Maintain an automated inventory database and update stock transactions accurately.
Store Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store/warehouse environment.
- Follow warehouse standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Arrange goods systematically for easy access, fast retrieval, and efficient space utilization.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items promptly for record-keeping and replacement
Documentation & Reporting
- Record sales, stock issues, receipts, and returns accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain documentation related to suppliers, purchase orders, and goods received notes.
- Ensure timely communication with procurement, sales, and accounts teams.
Coordination & Customer Service
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Assist internal teams and customers by providing timely information on stock availability.
- Ensure a professional and helpful approach while dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in inventory and warehouse management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency, especially in inventory management or ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Good record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Effective supplier coordination skills.

- Physical dexterity and ability to handle stock movement when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience as a Storekeeper/Store Executive/Inventory Controller.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management software (ERP etc.).
