We are looking for a reliable and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative duties. Your role will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the correct departments or individuals.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Respond to emails, inquiries, and requests from clients and internal teams.
- Manage office documentation, including filing and organizing paperwork.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are aplus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in another administrative roleProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
